Deposit and Cancellation Policy

I require a non-refundable deposit to confirm our plans and add our date to my diary. A deposit shows you are serious about our booking and allows me to confidently prepare for our time together. The deposit amount is $100 for bookings up to 2 hours in length or a percentage of the overall booking fee for doubles, couples, Dinner Dates, FMTY, and longer engagements.

  • If you need to reschedule our booking and provide more than 24 hours notice, I can hold the deposit and transfer it to an alternate date within 30 days of the original booking date. If you reschedule again within this time, you will forfeit any money paid towards the booking. If I am on tour, deposits may be transferred to an alternate booking time on the same tour, providing time is available.

  • If less than 24 hours notice is provided to reschedule our booking, any money paid towards the booking is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure any future bookings.

  • In the unlikely event I must cancel the booking, your deposit is fully refundable and will be returned within 1-2 business days. If the cancellation is due to your unsafe behaviour, harassment, or boundary-pushing, all money paid is forfeited and non-refundable.

  • If you are running late, please let me know immediately. While I offer a 10-minute grace period, additional lateness will impact our planned time together. I require full payment for the time I have set aside for our booking and do not provide refunds if you arrive late or need to leave early.

  • Cancellations are non-refundable, and any money paid towards the booking will be forfeited. Any non-refundable transport or accommodation costs incurred in preparation for or as a result of the booking will not be returned.

How to make a deposit:

Choose your preferred deposit method, and I will provide you with the corresponding account details:

Online EFT:  You can use your online banking app to transfer money from your account to mine. You can enter any account name you’d like to appear on your end, but I will require you to use the reference number provided in the transaction description.

Beem Digital Wallet App: Beem is a mobile payment app that securely and instantly transfers money to another user. You must be a registered Beem user to send payments, and other users can only see your customisable display name, profile picture and username. I cannot see any other personal details about you, and the transaction will show up in your statement as a Beem transaction. To set up the app and learn how to send payments, visit the Beem website.

Commonwealth Bank Cash Deposit: Commonwealth Bank ATMs offer a discreet way to make a cash deposit. To find a cash deposit ATM near you, go to the Commonwealth Bank website and filter your search by note deposit. Once you have located an ATM, follow the prompts on the screen.

Please ensure you transfer the specified amount and only use the reference number provided; I do not accept transactions made with personalised references. Upon receipt of your deposit payment, I will send you a written confirmation for your records.
