Deposits
A non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm our date, with the remaining amount to be paid in cash upon arrival.
If you reschedule our booking with more than 24 hours notice, we can hold the deposit and transfer it to a new date within the next 30 days. If you need to cancel or reschedule again within this time, you will forfeit all money paid towards the booking.
If less than 24 hours notice is provided, all money paid towards the booking is non-refundable.
In the unlikely event we are required to cancel the booking, your deposit is fully refundable and will be returned to you within 1-2 business days. If the cancellation is due to your unsafe behaviour, harassment or boundary-pushing, all money paid is non-refundable.
If you are running late, please let us know immediately. While we offer a 10-minute grace period, additional lateness will impact our planned time together. We require full payment for the time we have set aside for our booking and do not provide refunds if you arrive late or need to leave early.
We accept deposits via EFT and the Beem app. Please let us know your preferred method, and we will provide you with the corresponding account details and a reference number.
